How the Program Works

Liberate Your Shoulders & Upper Back is delivered over four weeks, with one 90-minute session per week.

This pacing allows your body time to:

Each session is fully tailored to what your body is ready to release on the day.

Depending on your body’s needs, your sessions may include a combination of:

  • To release tension in the fascial and structural fibres of the shoulders, upper back, and chest

  • To test muscle integrity and identify the underlying cause of tension patterns

  •  To support the release of injury and deeply held muscular tension

  •  A gentle, non-forceful approach that supports muscular and joint reset

  • To improve tissue mobility and restore freedom of movement

  • To release trigger points, reduce referral pain, and restore joint movement

  •  To support energetic flow and nervous-system regulation

  •  To improve shoulder mobility and muscle blood flow

  •  To deeply relax tissue, activate circulation, and support lymphatic flow

Not all modalities are used every session — your body leads the process.
